Lorna is Group Director for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and the Northern Ireland (NI) operation at Version 1 responsible for growing the NI team to over 600 people.
She is responsible for the corporate ESG agenda, driving the organisation on track to meet a net zero target of 2025 within its operations and by 2035 within the supply chain and driving Diversity & Inclusion & Belonging Gender, Cultural and Social Mobility targets and Education & Employability across the organisation.
Lorna is also the IOD NI Skills Ambassador, Chair of the Software NI and Co-Chair of The Bridge, an employers’ forum focused on reducing reoffending.
