Irish Sea HSSE Manager, P&O Ferries

Jenna has recently taken the new position as the Irish Sea HSSE Manager in P&O Ferries, after 11 years as an Operation Supervisor for P&O Ferries at the Port of Larne. Jenna’s new role is a huge challenge for her, but a very exciting one. She is responsible for both the Port of Larne and Port of Cairnryan, to help facilitate the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) strategy in Ports and on two of P&O Ferries vessels, supporting the Management Teams in ensuring that the highest standard of health & safety, security and environmental management is always maintained, working closely with all relevant subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve this. Whilst also being responsible for developing, delivering, high-quality training programs across the Irish Seas to support the operational work force and management team.
