Patrick Scullion is the Group Health & Safety Manager for Henderson Group Limited and has been with the organisation for 16 years. He leads the wellbeing strategy supporting over 6,000 employees across Northern Ireland and is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can feel safe, supported, and at their best. Patrick is especially interested in the practical side of workplace wellbeing — the everyday actions organisations take that genuinely improve how people feel at work.
As a Wellbeing Award judge, Patrick is excited to celebrate teams and organisations that go beyond good intentions and deliver real impact. He loves seeing fresh ideas, meaningful culture change, and wellbeing initiatives that are clearly built with people in mind.
