Sarah Abernethy is the Early Careers Lead at Encirc Limited, a market leading organisation providing a fully integrated, end to end solution across the beverage supply chain. Encirc is unique in offering container glass manufacturing, filling and logistics services under a single operating model, delivering flexibility for customers while significantly reducing environmental impact.
Sarah leads the Early Careers strategy across Encirc’s three sites in England and Northern Ireland, shaping the organisation’s approach to apprenticeships, work experience, school engagement and future talent development. She plays a central role in building a sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring Encirc attracts, develops and retains the skills needed for long term operational excellence.
With a strong background in workforce development and stakeholder engagement, Sarah has been instrumental in strengthening Encirc’s early careers infrastructure and aligning it with business priorities. She is passionate about creating accessible pathways into manufacturing, supporting managers to grow capability, and championing opportunities that inspire the next generation of talent.
