Energy Services Manager, Power NI

Gwyneth Compston is the CSR Manager at Power NI having joined the company in 2002 initially as part of the placement student programme. With a background in project management, energy efficiency and renewable energy, her role has always focused on looking after vulnerable customers and engaging with NGOs, community groups and charities to ensure they receive the most from their relationship with Power NI. Gwyneth is a huge community advocate and heads up Corporate Social Responsibility throughout Power NI, ranging from staff engagement activities and incentives such as Volunteer Week to working with partners such as Advice NI, Age NI, Christians Against Poverty, Macmillan and St Vincent de Paul. Her passion for community is infectious and she is always striving for collaboration and opportunities to bring people together.

Outside of work, Gwyneth is mum to two young children and wife to Mark. She loves getting out for long walks, socialising with friends and baking chocolate cake with the children.
