Creating a Healthy Workplace Culture for Better Mental Health

Good mental health is the most important aspect to a person’s physical and emotional wellbeing. In partnership with the Public Health Agency, our annual Healthy Working Lives conference will explore mental health at work and how to create a healthy workplace culture for better mental health.

Without good mental health, and the tools and skills to maintain it, the pressures of everyday life will take their toll on, even the strongest person. The Healthy Working Lives conference will raise awareness about the mental health agenda within the modern workplace, specifically focussing on creating a positive workplace culture and improving mental health.

The conference will combine best practice examples with expert opinion, exploring the challenges faced when creating a holistic approach to tackling mental health in the workplace.

There will be a number of business, charitable and legal case studies for delegates to participate in, as well as exhibitors on display throughout the event and an opportunity to network with like-minded people.
