Head of Sustainability, Lidl
Elaine O’Connor is the Head of Sustainability and is responsible for the execution of the A Better Tomorrow sustainability strategy at Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland since 2022. Elaine has more than 10 years experience working with some of the leading Irish and multinational companies supporting them to grow and innovate sustainably.
Elaine has a BSc in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin and holds an MSC in Sustainable Business from the Smurfit Graduate Business School at University College Dublin in Ireland.
