Head of Climate, NI Water
Orla is Head of Climate and Wastewater Regulation Reform at NI Water. A Chartered Environmentalist, NI Past Chair for the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) and a member of the Institute of Water, she joined NI Water in 2019 as part of the Living with Water Programme.
Orla has over 20 years’ experience in environmental regulation, drainage and wastewater management and now leads the team responsible for the implementation of NI Water’s Climate Change Strategy.
