HR & Facilities Administrator
Karen is HR & Facilities Administrator at Business in the Community. Prior to this role, Karen was Programme Administrator for the Work Inspiration Programme. The Work Inspiration programme places students who are studying in schools and colleges in Northern Ireland up to a Level 3 qualification (A Level) in work experience placements from for a day or so or up to a traditional week long placement The programme also gives them opportunities to attend a company work inspiration event to find out what the company does or what the job entails.
