Employability Executive
Linka joined Business in the Community in August 2025 as Employability Executive. In this role, she leads the Ban the Box campaign, focusing on creating employment opportunities for people with previous convictions. She is also responsible for coordinating the Community Connections project, which provides vital leadership training and mentorship for ethnically diverse communities.
Linka brings eight years of work experience in the fields of international development, youth empowerment, and inclusion.
