Inclusion Manager
Natalie joined Business in the Community in June 2023 as Age at Work Programme Manager. As of May 2024 Natalie has taken the lead on the development of BITC’s inclusion programmes with a particular focus on Race, Age. Gender diversity and Disability in the workplace.
She has seven years’ experience working on the delivery of employment and work experience opportunities at a local and international level, as well as relationship management.
