Operations Director
Patricia is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for People and Culture and Office Facilities within Business in the Community.
Patricia’s key focus is to ensure that Business in the Community is continuously working towards being an employer of choice with an engaged, motivated and well developed staff team. She also has responsibility for driving many of our own CR practices and commitments with the aim of ensuring that we embrace the good practice approach to business that we preach to others.
