Relationship & Advisory Manager
Ryan’s work focuses on supporting organisations to strengthen their approach to responsible business across people, planet, and place priorities. As Relationship & Advisory Manager, he works with member organisations across sectors to support structured engagement, informed decision-making and long-term development.
He is involved in the design and delivery of advisory activity with BITC’s members, supporting organisations to interpret emerging sustainability trends, balance competing stakeholder expectations and prioritise action within complex environments.
Ryan’s approach is informed by postgraduate study in Executive Leadership at Ulster University, with a focus on leadership, governance and strategic decision-making in systems-level contexts.
