Inclusion Manager (Maternity Cover)
Valencia joined Business in the Community NI in April 2026 as Inclusion Manager (Maternity Cover). In this role, she works on the Opening Doors campaign, supporting inclusive employment practices and helping to create accessible opportunities for all.
Valencia holds an MSc in Psychological Science and has 6 years’ experience working alongside people with learning disabilities and the neurodivergent community, promoting inclusion and access to opportunity. She believes that “collaboration is key to creating a world where everyone belongs”.
Outside of work, Valencia enjoys cooking and journalling.
