At the virtual event, participants heard first-hand the inspiring career journeys from some of Citi’s most senior female technologists working across Project Management, Application Development, Application Support, Business Analysis, Testing and QA.

There were a range of sessions available to participants, such as career workshops, help with CV and interview skills, an overview on mental and physical wellbeing at Citi and a question and answer session.

Citi Belfast was thrilled to have Irish Olympian, Breege Connoly on the panel, who gave an inspiring insight into how she manages her career at Citi alongside her training on the track!
