Co-Ownership, Northern Ireland’s shared ownership provider, has made a donation to Extern’s COVID-19 Hardship Fund.

Every year, the team at Co-Ownership supports local charities and community groups via the Co-Ownership Community Fund. Extern’s Coronavirus Appeal was chosen to benefit from the fund this year to allow the charity to continue its work to ensure vulnerable young people and families, people who are homeless, and those who are already living with mental health or problem drug and alcohol issues can stay safe during the crisis.

Mark Graham, Chief Executive at Co-Ownership said, “We were delighted to be able to support Extern’s COVID-19 Hardship Appeal. It’s been said before; the Coronavirus crisis is our greatest public health emergency in living memory which means the families and individuals supported by Extern need our help now more than ever.”

Co-Ownership’s support will ensure Extern can reach many more vulnerable members of the community who may need help.
