Henry Brothers Inspires Next Generation of Construction Leaders with Generous Donation

Henry Brothers are committed to inspiring the next generation of construction leaders.

As part of this commitment, the company recently visited local primary schools to donate ‘Molly in Construction’ books to pupils.

To date, Henry Brothers have delivered and donated these books to Tobermore Primary School, Holy Family PS, Magherafelt Primary School, Moneymore Primary School, Churchtown Primary School, Woods Primary School, Spires Integrated Primary School and Kilronan School.

Authored by Lisa Molloy, a chartered Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor, ‘Molly in Construction’ aims to inspire pupils to pursue a career in construction, aligning with Henry Brothers commitment to fostering greater diversity and inclusion across the industry.

Ian Henry commented – “Through our job sampling days, careers fairs and involvement with initiatives such as the Construction Industry Training Board NI, Adopt a School Programme and WOMEN’S TEC, Henry Brothers are committed to helping young people be the best they can be. This donation represents the next step on that journey, and we hope it goes a long way in showing young people that if you can see if, you can be it!”.
