Laura is an established HR professional who started her career in the engineering sector in 2000 before moving to Higher Education in 2013.
Laura is currently a senior member of the People and Culture team at Queen’s University Belfast and as Head of Organisational Development she is responsible for the People and Culture Strategy, Staff Engagement, Learning and Development, including Leadership Development, and Talent Management.
