The role of the Workplace Leadership Team is to challenge and drive the strategic direction for the BITC NI Wellbeing & Inclusion team and to ensure that the proposed outcomes set out in our strategy are achieved. It offers a sounding board to ensure that we are listening to members wants and needs and involving them in designing our future direction and initiatives.
The Workplace Leadership Team is comprised of representatives from Business in the Community member companies, partner organisations or other stakeholder organisations that have an important role to play in meeting the aims of the workplace programme. Each member of the Workplace Leadership Team has skills, knowledge and experience and/or hold responsibilities within their own organisation which ensures they are able to contribute to Business in the Community’s Workplace aims and priorities.
