On 8 November, we’ll bring together a panel of expert speakers and contributors who will discuss how employers can address race in the workplace.
In partnership with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, we will use the learnings from this event to inform the work of the Race at Work campaign in Northern Ireland going forward, including the challenges for employers in various sectors and potential solutions.
Attendees will hear about the economic and community impacts of race inequality and have the opportunity to discuss the challenges, opportunities and benefits in their own workplaces.
