Take 5’ to RETHINK your resilience is a wellbeing campaign aimed at bringing people together to discuss building resilience and the issues that have affected many of us during 2020.

This wellbeing campaign has been organised by #RETHINK programme partners: Business in the Community NI, ARC Healthy Living Centre and Bogside & Brandywell Health Forum, and includes a series of five informative workshops on different resilience themes, taking place every day during the week Monday 25 to Friday 29 January 2021.
These hour-long workshops will take place 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM every day during the week on online webinar platform GoToWebinar.
All attendees will be emailed the link to join the workshops securely following registration.

Sean Gallagher will deliver a Motivation & Coping skills workshop – A critical workshop given the unprecedented times we find ourselves in.
In this session we will cover how individuals can develop coping mechanisms to help beat anxiety and build coping skills to become more resilience in our everyday lives. We will discuss the main factors when it comes to motivation and why it is so important to learn about motivation and coping, especially during a pandemic.

Guest Speaker: Sean Gallagher, Trauma Therapist & Author
Sean Gallagher is a trauma therapist, and is a published author and co author on mental and emotional health, with particular interest in youth mental health, suicidal ideation and Resilience, coping and recovery. Sean’s qualifications include attending Oxford, N.U.I. / N.C.E.A. Level, Degree in Philosophy. Sean is passionate about supporting people to be their best potential self. He is eager about shepherding individuals to believe in themselves and cope with many of life’s challenging situations.
