Leading with purpose and inspiring change
Now in its fourth decade, the purpose of these peer-led visits into communities is for senior business leaders to better understand the challenges facing society and how they can drive long-lasting changes for people, places, and for business. Since it launched, The Seeing is Believing programme has engaged more than 25,000 leaders in more than 1,500 communities across the UK, building programmes to foster sustainable change and improve lives.
Our 2026 Seeing is Believing visits
The Seeing is Believing visits are organised around specific themes, bringing senior leaders together to engage directly with communities and explore the key issues they are facing. Explore the schedule for our 2026 visits, grouped by theme, below.

Nature & Biodiversity | Thursday 21 May 2026
This visit will explore the growing importance of nature and biodiversity to business resilience and long‑term value, and how leaders can turn insight into practical, strategic action.
